General

These terms apply to all quotes, agreements and services provided by BuildVenue. By engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Quotes and payment

All quotes are valid for 30 days. Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced in milestones and invoices are payable within 14 days.

Intellectual property

After full payment, the client receives ownership of the custom code and designs produced for the project. Open-source components remain under their respective licences.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and never share project details without permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits.
