The challenge
Guests had to call or email to book. The client wanted an app that makes booking effortless and rewards returning customers.
What we built
A React Native app with real-time availability, Apple Pay and Google Pay, loyalty points and push notifications, backed by a secure API and an admin dashboard for staff.
Result
The majority of bookings now come through the app, with far fewer phone calls for the team.
